Let it ride is a popular casino game where you’re trying to beat the odds. It is not a game you play against other opponents, but there can be multiple players at your table. You’re not even trying to beat the house like in blackjack. All you want to do is hit one of the paying poker hands. It’s easy to learn, fun to play, and there is a small element of strategy in this game. Each player will have three cards while the house gets two cards, all are face down. The idea is to make a paying poker hand by combining your three cards with the dealer’s two cards.
How to play Let it Ride
Each player starts by making three equal bets (so if you want to bet $120 total, you would make three $40 bets). Three cards are dealt to each player and two face down to the dealer.
Let it Ride Bet Actions
After three cards are dealt to all players, each player gets to look at their own hand. Next, they decide if they want to take back one of their three bets, or if they want to leave all bets in play.
One of the dealer’s cards is then exposed and you have another opportunity to withdraw one of your bets. Depending on what decision’s you’ve made so far, you will have one, two or three of your bets still in front of you.
Let it Ride Winning Hand
Once all players have completed the second action, the dealer’s second card is exposed. If you thee cards combined by with the dealers two cards form a pair of tens or better, then you win according to the odds table below. The table represents typical odds given by casinos, but this may vary from one website to another.
